Cancellation Policy
1. **Purpose:**
These policies are in place to secure appointments and safeguard my livelihood. Consistency is crucial for maintaining high-quality service and business efficiency.
2. **Cancellation and No-Show Policy:**
- Less than 24-hour notice: Full charge for the booked service.
- Less than 48-hour notice: 50% fee.
- Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in an inability to book future appointments.
3. **New Clients:**
- Non-refundable 50% deposit upon booking the first appointment (not applicable for reschedules).
4. **Payment:**
- 3.5% credit card processing fee paid by client. (To avoid 3.5% fee, ask about other payment methods)
- Active card on file required for all clients.
5. **Guests:**
- Extra guests allowed ONLY if receiving a service due to limited space.
6. **Service Refusal and Theft:**
- Right to refuse service under any circumstance.
- I reserve the right to prosecute for theft of services.
7. **Multiple Services Booking:**
- If booked for multiple services (ie. mani/pedi) but only want one (ie. mani), payment for all booked services required. Contact me directly with any questions.
8. **General Policies:**
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- Non-negotiable prices.
- No guarantees, no refunds.
- No call/no show on the first appointment results in a permanent booking ban.
9. **Health and Contagious Conditions:**
- If sick/contagious, reschedule or risk being sent home with full service charge.
10. **Appointment Preparation:**
- Arrive with a chosen nail color in mind.
- Contact ahead for assistance in choosing colors to ensure adequate time for optimal service.
- Prior notice required for nail art/designs/crystals to allocate sufficient time.
